Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destinations
Exviora LLC currently ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are free. Exviora LLC offers free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Exviora LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to customer error, Exviora LLC is not responsible for replacement or refund.
